Where prescriptions are provided, these will be arranged safely and in line with current clinical guidelines. Your Doctor will also send a letter summarising your consultation, to your GP. If you require any specialist referrals, we will also arrange these for you.

In addition, Your Doctor will advise you on appropriate follow-up appointments to review your progress, adjust treatment if needed, and ensure you are receiving the best possible ongoing care.

Consultation fees include a summary GP letter, standard referral letters arising from the consultation (if applicable), your personalised menopause care plan, and the issuing of prescriptions where clinically appropriate.

Additional charges may apply for non-standard or complex documentation requested by patients or third parties, including bespoke letters, reports, insurance forms or similar paperwork. These will be priced on a case-by case basis depending on the complexity.

Private medical certificates and sick notes are not included in the consultation fee and may be subject to an additional charge.

Consultation fees are exclusive of any laboratory investigations or additional tests that may be required, which are charged separately and vary depending on the provider.

The cost of any prescribed medications is not included in the consultation fee and will depend on the dispensing pharmacy's charges.
