Style Medica Clinic
Style Medica was founded by Dr Magdalena Cybulska - a GP, Menopause Doctor and a Lifestyle Medicine Physician, in response to what many patients felt was missing from the medical care they had experienced elsewhere—time, continuity, careful listening, and truly personalised medical care.
Many patients strongly disliked feeling rushed through consultations, repeatedly seeing different clinicians, and never feeling fully heard or understood. Style Medica was built to offer a different experience: one centred on generous consultation time, continuity of care, evidence-based medicine, and a genuine doctor–patient relationship.

Our Story
One afternoon, whilst working as a GP, Dr Cybulska had yet another busy clinic day. She was consulting a lady who came to see her with menopausal symptoms. The patient was clearly suffering. Her story was very similar to many others that Dr Cybulska has consulted over the years – menopausal symptoms often have a very profound, multidimensional and mostly negative effect on the quality of life of the patients. Their hot flashes, brain fog, decreased libido, food cravings and unpredictable mood swings frequently affect their work, marriages and friendships. Like many women Dr Cybulska had previously consulted, this patient was disappointed with the menopause care she had received elsewhere. Consultations often felt rushed, impersonal, and insufficiently tailored to her individual needs.
Doctor Cybulska knew exactly how to conduct this consultation.
Step 1 was to let the patients speak, without interruptions, and make sure her full story was heard. Dr Cybulska needed to understand exactly how this patient functioned in her daily life, where she worked, what her family was like, what mattered to her most, what were her interests and hobbies, but also her reservations and concerns, problems and worries.
Step 2 was to understand how her menopause symptoms interfered with her life.
Step 3 was a very important step. This was the time to equip the patient with all the information about menopause she needed, to answer all her questions and address all concerns. The lady wanted to understand why menopause happens, how her symptoms compared with others, and what management options she had. She wanted to understand if her symptoms could be eased by natural approaches - was there any evidence that these worked? What about Hormone Replacement Therapy? Was this for her? What were the risks and side effects? Where could she find credible information about menopause?
Over years of clinical practice, Dr Cybulska observed that many women were not simply seeking treatment, but also reliable information, reassurance, clarity, and genuinely personalised medical care. They wanted to understand the latest evidence, the advantages and disadvantages of different approaches, and how menopause was affecting both their immediate wellbeing and long-term health.
It was during this consultation that Dr Cybulska fully realised the significant unmet need for longer, truly personalised and holistic menopause consultations. Patients were not simply seeking treatment, but also time, careful listening, clarity, trustworthy information, and a doctor who could understand them as a whole person.
Style Medica was created in response to that need — to deliver thoughtful, evidence-based medical care designed to help patients feel and live at their best.
